Testing testing!!

We drove 500 miles yesterday and spent the night in Dumbarton. The Black Beast didn’t miss a beat. We achieved 30 MPG which I think is excellent for a vehicle with the aerodynamics of a brick. We stopped twice, once for a coffee and fuel

and the second time in the rain to reattach a wiper blade that was trying to part company with us!! Tonight we test out the leisure battery and cooking and sleeping equipment as we are going to park in the wilds and camp overnight. I think we will be making a Chilli con Carne over a fire tonight!
